Bio

I’m Mexican and I live between France and Mexico.

I love capturing the beauty of simplicity and exploring hidden balance.

For years, I collaborated with brands and institutions, bringing my style into alignment with their goals.

Today, however, through AliciAma — a word born from the fusion of my names and also from the verb “to love” — I identify more as a visual artist.

In art, as in life, I seek to create unity and harmony.

I build from what makes me vibrate: textures, accents of color, the dialogue between form and emptiness, the harmonic structure…

Before dedicating myself fully to my artistic work, I followed a professional path that now nourishes each of my creations.

I cofounded Ocus, a branding agency based in Guadalajara, Mexico. For 18 years, we brought over 500 brands to life, supporting the development of their identity and their way of communicating.

Our mission: to reveal the soul of companies.

For ten years, I shared my experience at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Guadalajara campus, teaching courses focused on the communication of visual language.

I have mentored entrepreneurs in incubation and acceleration programs, combining strategic vision with creative sensitivity.

I have also led workshops and given talks at universities, associations, and spaces dedicated to entrepreneurial and cultural development.

I have collaborated on the design and illustration of 25 books and 12 bilingual publications -Spanish‑English) for a leadership training institute in the United States.

I trained as a graphic designer at the Faculty of Habitat in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, and later pursued a Master’s in Visual Design at the Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan, Italy.
